"Yeah, we're eating it"

Negativity is fun. Additionally, it's incredibly easy. Everything is easier to destroy than to create, everything. It's easier to set a handwoven quilt on fire than it is to make it, to consume a plate of food than to prepare it. It's easier to destroy a relationship with a few words than it is to build it over a life time of commitment and devotion. You when they talk about things and they use that expression "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" as if it were three seperate qualities? You know how it's not? Yeah, it's not. Ugly is also synonymous with bad, if you haven't heard. So it's saying "The good, the bad, and the also bad" In this as small as common cliches, the world has set up the quality or action of negativity as being the majority. Sometimes it's good to hold minority opinions.

I think the fact that I’m going to be in the one place I most desire to be on earth’s soil in less than 3 weeks AGAIN combined with the fact that I have ten toes, ten fingers, two parents, two siblings, and a number of friends who are blessings daily and a God who’s grace actually does leave me with my mouth open at times leads me to believe that I simply don’t have enough reasons to be unhappy with life. I don't, I can't, I won't.

In the past months I've made fleeting connections with rock legends, shook the hands of Presidential candidates, made friends with neighbors on both coasts, and David Mamet told me to drop out of school. It's 2008, I'm a sophomore in college, and the world has gotten smaller.
