Fish: Is FINEAS here? I really need to talk to him.
Reese: Even if he was here, would you really want to talk to him? Something bad might happen.

Since this room is imaginary, all sorts of people can show up. Like his new friends.
Bonnie: Hi! I'm kind of scary, but I'm nice to fishies!
Kaito: I'm mean to fishies, but secretly I mean well!
Mia: I use lots of big words, but I'm a good person!
Italy: I'm really small for a country, but I'm still a cool guy! Si!
Fish: It's all my new friends! What are they doing here?
Reese: They're helping me prove a point. This is what they look like now, but if FINEAS came back, they might end up looking like this:
With no warning or fanfare, Bonnie, Kaito, Mia, and Italy suddenly tear each other to pieces, blood and limbs flying in all directions.
