Self Baking

I've been working a lot lately on what all I was going to focus on in my stint of unemployment: cooking, eating right, exercising, getting a normal sleep schedule running, and getting some MOTH-A-MAH-FUGGIN SUN! Despite our patio being one giant brick baking stone, it really is quite relaxing to lay out in the sun for a good 40 minutes, and just relax and sweat.

Oh, speaking of baking stone, mine came in today! :D I was really worried though, since the box it came in was....well, torn to shreds. But the stone was unharmed, and the peel (pizza spatula, whatever you want to call it) were completely unharmed. So I'll soon be baking lots of bread, once the last bit of the stuff I ordered comes in. :D Which might be a bit of a problem, since my sourdough bread I made earlier has all molded away. :( But no worries, time to start fresh. But with what?

If I get good at this, I might start a little mail order operation, or something else my father suggested after a little cooking trip I took; travelling chef. I figure if I can't find a job, I'll make my own job. While yeah, I went to college for an IT career, I figure it'd be easier to make a job of my own making something people can't live without; food.

plans, exercise, cooking
