Hello LJ.
It's been a while.
Life is still good. Spring is in the air and in the streets. I think this weekend it will show us that despite the change of season, winter always have to have this one last hullaballoo.
Work is still workish. Not quite enjoyable, but the people are okay. My boss (one of 4) is awesome (2 of 4 are cool, the other two are various levels of douche)I told her I was suffering from a vitamin d defincency and she let me go early... and here I am inside!
Things with Julio have been really great lately. Since totally wasted in fact. Maybe it's the spring, but we've been super in love and squishy lately. Just really appriciating the things we love about one another, doing lots of things together, doing lots of things apart. Tomorrow we're going to the War museum. Should be interesting.
The doula thing is coming along, slowly but surely. I had an interview with some potential clients last Friday, should be hearing back in a few days (they had another doula interview this week) one definatly for late August, and I'm hoping to sniff out a few more in my pre-natal class which I'll be taking mid-april.
I have one and a half text books left, the exam and my letters of recommendation. So, maybe not the beginning of summer, but this year for sure.
I'm looking into pre-nursing for some more knowledge and experience, but I haven't yet applied and it's wait-listed, so we'll see what the future brings.
Know that I am well. Content. And all round okay.
