Family
I went to GCF today to attend FriBS then I learned it was cancelled. I stayed a bit talking to people in the mezzanine. Seeing people in the mezzanine, while people are setting the place up and practicing for the Christmas special on Saturday made me feel wonderful inside. It really felt like family. Its like a family preparing their Noche Buena or whatever they have planned for Christmas. There was P.Eug Sitting on the couch eating while Saki and the rest of the band was practicing. Ian was there making kwento to me that he will rap. Jairah and Racky were fixing the projectors while the others were at the back preparing the sounds. Strong was backstage seeming to have an intimate talk with Alyssa. Migs was there too along with Ate Chette, then soon after Sean would be coming in. Along with all the Christmas lights and the singing; even though they were just rehearsing... It felt magical to be honest. Pwede nang Coca-Cola commercial (don't you think coke commercials especially during Christmas time are great? They are!!!) It felt so much like a family with Christ at the center of it all and I'm so happy and blessed to be part of it.
I didn't stay for long since there was no bible study, and I told my parents and sister I'll come home early so we could watch a movie using the projector. I went with Ian to McDo to get some grub, then I'll be heading home shortly.
