Life Update #4 - The saga continues...
First off an apology. Its been a bit of a busy/ stressful week and as a result I've not been able to check my Livejournal much, post journals, comment etc. I finally got back on it yesterday and spent over 2 hours replying to messages and commenting on your journals. If I haven’t I promise I have read past posts just not replied to everything, if I had I would have spent even longer online.
The week happened thusly;
Saturday - Had another lovely walk/hike around the area including a nice stop at a cafe and plenty of walking/playing for the dog despite the weather being temperamental at best. We then spent the evening watching old movies (Austin Powers, classy I know).
Sunday - It was Fathers day so managed to catch a lift with my brother to go see my dad. We just stayed for a cuppa and a chat which was nice. I don’t massively get on with my Dad but it was a nice time. When I got back, my partner was doing some DIY which was nice except for the fact that he managed to damage both his wrists! He ended up off work half the week in pain which was great especially as we are still without a car! It got sorted though but that’s why I've ended up off the internet as I've been running round acting as a nurse, fun times!
Monday - Wednesday - Nothing much other than acting as nurse and cleaning the house, m life is one massive party!
Thursday - Finally some good news, I'm getting the car in a week. My brother text and said he can hand it over then so finally I wont be a house hermit any more which is so good and my BF will not have to get lifts which I know he hates as he doesn’t like putting on other people.
Friday - The bin saga continues! This time when I went to put out the rubbish I found that our bin had been stolen. Went up and down the road but couldn’t find it. I'm really starting to get sick of this. I cant even go to the tip and the rubbish is starting to mount so I’ve had to drop it in other people bins. As soon as the bin men have been I'm going to go grab a bin, as quite a few houses seem to have two and I'm sure one of those must be ours, and write our number on it in big letters and hid it! So sick of living here, the neighbours are crap!
So that was my week.
In writing news after a successful week last week coming up with an awesome idea (at least as far as I am concerned anyway) I’ve managed to do bugger all but mostly for the same reason as why I haven’t been on the internet. I have been putting some thought to it and am hoping to spend some time today maybe getting a start on it if I have time as It's my Mums birthday tomorrow and I have to prepare stuff for her party.
Well that’s pretty much all from me, hope everyone is doing well :)
