back in virginia
decided to spend the rest of my time waiting back here in the sleepy town of reston. the ride on the greyhound wasn't so bad until our bus stopped to pick up some abandoned passengers on a stalled greyhound. with our luck, 90% of them were middle eastern. and just my luck, one of them sat beside me. he wasn't stinky and he wasn't ugly and he had really huge thighs. that was ok.
i was ready to be a couch potato and then we walked in the door... they had bought 50 inch flat panel t.v., a tivo and a hdtv dvd player. my heart jumped. when they asked me to assemble everything, i almost died. i went right for it. now i can watch my home decorating shows in all it's 50 inch glory. i wish i had my "drowned world" dvd. sigh. mtv is supposedly having a ten-day special for her upcoming tour. i just can't seem to confirm it. oh well. she kicks it off tomorrow in l.a. her kabbalah buddies (demi moore, camryn manheim and guy) got to watch her dress rehearsals.just one more month and i'll be screaming my lungs out.
