9.27 hour days suck! Today wasn't too bad though, after all, Beth bought me orange chicken after I told her it sounded good. She got me chow mein with it. I liked it alot. After work I went to the mall to pay 22 bucks for a 20 dollar gift card. Keri better love me. I spent 30 bucks on her ass. Tonight I got pissed when my windshield wiper broke AGAIN. So I have ultimately decided (in all seriousness) that I am going to duck tape the bastard on there.
Last night was quite a good night. Well, I guess I better talk about all of yesterday. I don't really remember anything special though. Well maybe I will start with Thursday: That night Erin and I went to the Nouvel concert, then I went to pick up Tracy. We dyed my hair (dark brown and red/burgandy--everyone loves it by the way) and then went to Mickey D's. Then I went to take Tracy home.
Friday was pretty cool. I went to Mum's to see how my senior pictures came back. Mum is buying me the proofs by the way. (yay) They really turned out wonderful. I mean, I think I look pretty hot in 'em. Then I helped Mum do a couple things for Windmill's XXXMas party. Then Mum and I went to K-Mart, then I went home. I watched Tommy for a while, I put him to sleep. He was a saint yesterday though.
Brenda and I then went to the Red Eye. Beforehand we were feeling like we wanted to dress up hot and meet new people. We did, in fact, dress up and look hot and we met two people. We met Lauren (I think) and "Random guy on the street"--well I guess it doesn't count for him, so hey, it's one. I don't know.
On Monday Brenda and I are going to the Red Eye for a poetry slam/open mic. I am excited. I am bringing a few of my good poems to share. I haven't had the opportunity to share my new stuff to an audience full of strangers in a while.
Brenda and I truly chillaxed and had a heart to heart.I mean we talked about everything-- ..just everything. I could feel the great energy from last night. Hopefully we can do that again. Just goto the Red Eye, chill, talk, and meet new people.
