You know, really, it's been a while. I don't have a sappy story to tell you about how I lost faith in the written form of the English language. I just got bored with the journal thing and gave it a rest.
To be honest, I found myself in a prolonged period of writer's block. A young adult, finished with the angsty college attitude but not really interested in writing about my life anymore---my changing life---because to me it was all a boring, slow transformation. You're probably wondering how all that turned out.
I get up at 6:45 AM now. I'm working, albeit part-time, for the local MassMutual agency in downtown Birmingham. Academics are back to "high school mode", which means straight A's or I'm upset about it. I will graduate in May (for the second time) with a MBA in Finance. Video games have been relegated to a hobby, and nothing more.
So that's the abridged version. Consider the journal rolling again. I'm considering a move to Wordpress.
