um...I've been watching s1 non stop for weeks and now I'm drawing a blank! LOL I know I like the little wave John gives Elizabeth before he goes through the Atlantis gate the first time (when they meet the Athosians). And the part in "The Eye" after he shoots Koyla and he takes her hand and leads her up the steps. If I think of anything else I'll let you know.... :)
