Shit ok so my life went from going like 5 mph to 80 in about a day!
Wednsday was my first day of school which started with me going to my "Cafe 1" class which is basically working in a restaraunt without pay- but its cool cause the teacher is walking around and gives you tips and shit - well he would if there wasn't 25 of us. It really kinda sucks, but apparently itll get better. Any way on wednsday and thursday we spent the entire class (6 hours) talking about what we were going to be doing once we opened on friday. This included a 2 hour long lecture about where things go, and what order you stack raw meat in (from bottem to top chiken,fish,red ground meat, red meat) .
oh shit got to go to work ill finish this later.
