(no subject)
So, this E-MAP shit is killing me. Let me tell you about my schedule. Monday - Friday I have this math program from 8:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon. It's real intense and we're doing a lot of Engineering crap that I'm not familiar with. But, I try to look at it this way, my degree currently gives me an Engineering curriculum with a large background in humanities. (I'm in Arts & Sciences and not Engineering like most other CS majors) So I might as well get a broad background in the other Engineering fields as well. I really like how my major keeps me very well-rounded.
So anyway, at 6:00 I have to go to work at the Crimson Calling Center. Basically, I'm back to the phones again. We call alumni asking for donations for different markets. We've been raising money for the Communications school lately and I've been doing pretty well.
Well I'm off work on Fridays and the rest of the weekend and then I have these field trips that I have to go on for the E-MAP program. Hopefully, if I don't get much out of this program, at least I'll be able to take Calculs (finally!) in the fall and I'll get more advanced with my math. That's what I really need to focus on - my math. I hate thinking about the fact that I'm really the only person that I know that I graduated with that has to attain a Math minor and go through all this crap. Kinda makes me feel special. But whatever....I don't really care about all those fuckers from Winfield anyway.
Anyway, I'm in the Education lab and Karan's telling me we should go and there's this cute little baby in here....she's adorable!
