A Little Insomnia Coming At You
So I'm sitting up right now--can't get to sleep, even though my jury is tomorrow morning, and I should be resting.
All is going very well for me. You Can't Take it With You was fun. School is ending.
'Frank & Audrey,' the second play I've written to be produced at school, went off pretty well. What I liked about it: It happened, I liked it, a lot of people liked it, and a lot of people didn't, and all of that is okay with me. I think that's the first step in a healthy attitude toward my writing.
Right now, I'm rehearsing "The Importance of Being Earnest" with the Gay & Lesbian Theatre Festival in Philly. I'm playing an old woman. God help me. In heels, as well.
