(no subject)
Today it is supposed to snow something like 12 inches here in Boston. This prospect excites me. Catherine only has to teach half the day, as her kids are getting out early for winter break(they were even before the snow was an issue - her school was one of the few in the area not cancelled today).
I love snow. I love the cold. I want to be outside, building a snowman, having a snowball fight with the dog (a little unfair, I know, but she loves it), then come in, strip off all my wet clothes, put on flannel pjs and sit by the fire with some hot tea.
This is my ideal day in my perfect world. And today, my friends, it may actually come true!!
Now I must find my mittens.
