Spent a few hours at this little event last Sunday.
All day today I've been obsessing over perfumes I'd like to buy but can't afford. Many very good scents have wide enough distribution that you can hope to eventually find them on sale. For example Chanel no 5 is so widely consumed that there's always an overstock some where.
However more exotic fragrances with smaller market shares are much harder to find discounted. If your a fan of Serge Lutens intriguing and complex line of scents your never going to find a bottle of rousse, douce amere or santa de mysore for more then 20$ off. Similarly it's impossible to try one of Bond no. 9's trendy new york sents for anything less then list price.
