headed back to naptown today to spend spring break with the family. things have been going pretty well, school isn't too bad and football hasn't started yet. and i have a job for the summer at least. i think i am gonna go back to work at the country club and spend another summer in the sun with those crazy eloners that i worked with last year! i am pretty excited and well, lets face it, i am now not in such an crunch to find a real job because i at least have that to fall back on.
nat, meg and i painted the palace yesterday and it looks really good. i hung up some pictures today because i have been wanting to do that for oh... 8 months now. all we need to do now is paint the ceiling and finish the trim and then we can move on to the living room. that is going to take a little more work because of having to scrape the wall and then prime it again. then i get to hang up the awsome picture mom and dad got me for the senior game! yay! i keep thinking about all the things i should be doing around here and i wonder why i am going home for break, but then i realize that i just need a break from elon, the farm and from being a grownup. really. it is overrated! who knows.
we will be back in a week so that we can go to becca's wedding on easter sunday. i am actually really excited about going because it will be fun to see them get married and then celebrate with them. and it means that i get to go to st. mark's for the sunday service which i am all about. i love me some st. mark's. (by the way... the egg hunt was so much fun)!!!
anyway... i am going to finish getting ready and then get on the road... there are 18 hours till spring starts and i am SOOO excited... BRING ON THE WARM WEATHER!!!!
