Ruffled shirt - party costume help plx

Hello everyone! I'm in urgent need for help - tomorrow I have a small costume party and no idea how to use my ruffled shirt (looks a bit like this one here: http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR9yNOpEE8TbRV2zaYjrCdh7TXChnh7BFkIQsnYxPi527R-E-j3cQ just shorter and without the black corset). The theme is: movie characters. Any ideas?
