So, seven weeks ago when I started working with this trainer there was a client doing her bicep curls while balanced on one leg on a weird half stability ball and I thought "Yeah, right."

Well, guess who was doing one-legged bosu ball bicep curls today, with the twelve pounders!

Rawr!

And yes, it is hard to balance and stay very controlled with the curls, but I did it, baby!
