Sib1's internet is via satellite so things move slow or slower based on the cloud cover in the Southern sky.
Rangeley is as gorgeous as ever. We've been up in winter for skiing the last few times so it's been two full years since we've been in summer. Gloriously cool last night with a low of 52! How wonderful to sleep with the windows open...to need a quilt!
Took the new kayak out this morning for about two hours. Heaven. A little canoe trip to the state park across the lake this afternoon! Tonight we're up the mountain for a big library fundraiser with SIb1 & SIL. Hey, we love the library here! Also you can take the library commissioner out of town but...
Montreal was a blast. The border crossing stuff was a whole new saga on top of the 2006 saga and the summer 2010 email saga but it is RESOLVED! Thanks to Kate the wonderful Immigration Officer! I love you Kate! You told me more TRUFAX in four minutes than everyone else combined in the whole mess. But that's it's own post.
