Really, the only thing I can compare it to is pork rinds. Vegetarian pork rinds with a slight seaweed aftertaste. Crunchy, salty, fatty.

Unsurprisingly, The Boy adores them.

They have even beat out milk-coffee flavored Pocky as his favorite treat from the asian market.

May need to rethink our 'If you can read the Hiragana or Katakana you can try it" policy!
