Keep in mind the cardinal rule of cooking with matzoh: if can you imagine that chipboard, if treated this way, would be tasty then you have a winner! I cut and pasted from my Pesach recipe file (and amended a few things) and just noticed it calls for salted butter. I never buy salted butter and have therefore never made this with salted butter so use whatever you have!

Here via Foxy cuz she was just so darn excited about these. I've had a version with regular saltine crackers that was really good, but these look fabulous. Mmmm!!! And surely they are guilt free, right? GREATNESS!
