We're having trouble picking which cocktail to serve at the evening party. On the bar side there will be a sauvingnon blanc and a pinot noir, Shiner Bock, Amstel Light* and then...
It's early Spring in Austin, Texas: would you rather sip on a Prickly Pear Margarita or a Basil Mojito? I've tasted both of the iterations in question and they are excellent representations of their type. Generally, I'd take good tequila over good rum any day but it is a fine mojito so we are torn.

*stupid backwards Texas Alcohol Beverage laws that don't allow breweries to sell beer to the public means we can't have the amazing beers of the 512 brewing company. :(
