Funny God story
So after church Sunday, I went to lunch with new friends and one of them prayed that God would help me get the Subbing job at Warren. Then that night or the next day, I’m very bad with time, I got the call from the school telling me when I need to show up for Orientation.
So Today was the Orientation, and when I woke up I jokingly said, “Maybe I’ll meet a nice handsome teacher.”
The Lady doing Orientation was awesome, and she was completely supportive of my morning bible study on Thursdays.
The funny part of this short story is, the first thing I noticed when I sat down, was yes, A Handsome Teacher. He just graduated from IU and spent two years in Ireland teaching 5th graders. I had to giggle. We chatted for a little at break, and I supposed it is possible I may see him again if I ever sub at his school, but that’s not the point. It was funny that 15 min beforehand I had jokingly mentioned it to God, and then here he was at Orientation. Anyway, its funny to me.
