Bible study = very fun
So I was about 15 min late, and five of that way trying to find the room. I didn’t know the church was so large.
Anyway, they did the singing thing again, and It was a little awkward at first until I figured out the formula to the songs, then I was able to sing along. I have a new song I like, it spoke to me, and I cried through the first few minutes. Then we went over the workbook, that you can only buy in one place in Castleton (Boo), and discussed the chapter. It was fun sharing ideas and talking. The women were very nice and very open with me, they listened to my weirdness and didn’t even blink, it was nice.
Then we prayed and it was a spontaneous thing where one of the women would say what she needed prayer for and if someone was moved to speak they did. They asked me if there was anything I needed and I told them my story and they prayed with me. So, now I have a whole group of women who are praying for me and I felt sooooo happy. One of them thanked God that I had come to him and asked that he dance with joy with me because I was a unique and special creation, and the image was funny so I laughed out loud and she winked at me. It was nice.
Then we all stood around and talked and got to know each other, mainly me getting to know all of them, and one of them offered to sit with me during services, and I told her I was going to take her up on it next week. She was super nice.
