Fools!!! Ugh. I'm so tired of saying the same thing. I haven't been watching any award shows for the last 5 years or so, because it's the same old...stuff.
...Anyways, it's Days of Our Lives Time! Thank elizzybright ! :D So I'm posting this DOOL cast of 1982 pic again:
Jack Coleman played Jake Kositchek in DOOL from 1981-1982. Interestingly Rene Lamart played this character first. See a pattern? Aaaand before them, Kevin Costner auditioned for the role, but wasn't cast.
Brief Character History:
"Jake was in love with a prostitute named Angel, whom he didn't realize was a multiple personality of Jessica Blake. They ran off to get married, but when the Jessica personality made herself known, she ran off from the wedding. Something snapped inside Jake, and he turned into the Salem Strangler. Samantha Evans' was actually a mistake -- he meant to kill her twin sister Marlena. He almost killed Renee DuMonde, but she managed to get away. Luckily, Roman was able to capture Jake, but he died before he could stand trial for his crimes."
Here's a pic of the prostitute with multiple personality disorder named Jessica and serial killer Jake Kositchek:
She runs off from the wedding and Jake gets very very sad aaand then he turns into a serial killer. I just love this plotline.
Another one:
Jake was the son of Stan Kositchek, and the brother of Chris and Amy Kositchek. Jake dated Hope when she was 15 and he was in his 20’s….Jake offered Hope alcohol and marijuana. He grew bored with her when she wasn't interested. Jake had come to the conclusion that Hope was too young and innocent for him.
Jake then dated Angel, Jessica Blake’s other personality and then became engaged to Jessica…

She's 15? And he's the bad boy?

Jake's Victims 2 Unknown Women, Lorie Masters, Attempted to kill Renee Dumonde 3 times, Mary Anderson, Samantha Evans (Thought she was Marlena), attempted to kill Marlena Evans.
3 failed attempts on the same person? And he killed a person thinking she was someone else? Another failed attempt? Wow, he sucked at being a serial killer.
