Vacations are way more work than they are worth. It's over a month after Breanna and I have come back from London and it's two thirty in the morning and i'm on the phone with Expedia trying to get my money back because we had no water for three days. The manager of the hotel is a jackass. We filed a formal complaint at the hotel, he met with us and told us he would give us 20% off each night we didn't have water (which was a crappy excuse for compensation anyway) and to give Expedia his name and our explanation and everything would be fine. He is FINALLY on the phone with Expedia and now he is asking if we have his signature saying that he said what he said... such a sleezy business man. I wouldn't rant, except for it's two thirty in the morning and i'm quite angry with no one to shout to. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
