Possible names for kitten!
A couple weeks ago, I got a kitten! Black, big humanish green eyes, with greyish face and white armpits/random white strands.
He is still nameless.
First we called him Merlin, decided it was too hippieish.
I named him Winslow, went away for a week, decided that it didn't fit/didn't roll off the tongue.
Now these are the names we are presently considering:
Arthur (Arthur Lee died a couple days before I got him.)(too human.)
Plato/Playdo. (Ironic juxtaposition?)(too pretentious.)
Zimmy (as in Bob Dylan.)(ditto, doesn't fit his face.)
Tommy (obvs ref)(eh.)
Louie, or, Lou-eye.(but which one.)
Murdoch (as in Stuart, but unfortunately people think Rupert which is sad.)(<--)
Kinney. (I've been calling him Kitty lately, and I'm stuffed up so it sounds like Kinney anyway, and there is the Sleater thing...)(too much like Kenny?)
Chekhov. (read/studied The Cherry Orchard this summer, saw Love Among the Russians.)(really pretentious!)
Colbert. (I'm basically obssessed. Coal-bear? He's black... hmmm.)(my family/friends would make fun of this way too much.)
I can come up with hundreds of possibilties but picking one....
