So I worked 8 hours OT today. Made $320. Nice.
After that, I headed over to the Mt. Airy Casino.
I played a bunch of penny slots and blew about $100.
So then I had $25 left, so I was just watching the high-rollers play the $25 and $100 slots.
I was watching the one guy play the $100s and he blew about $1000 in an instant. He then left to go get more money. He was playing Double Diamond Deluxe machine. That's the game that has diamonds embedded in the bars, that act as a Nudge. I still had $100 in my pocket, and was going to play the machine, but I didn't. So he goes and gets more money, and comes back to play the same machine. Next spin he wins $500. Rats. I should have won that. So he plays about 15 more spins and what do you know:
Max spin = $200
He gets Double Diamond, Double Diamond, Double Diamond. Pays out $160,000.
So what a thrill that was for him. They took his picture with a hugh sized check. Gregg Artzr was his name.
So then I went over with my $25 voucher, and was going to blow it on the $25 Wild Rose. I wound up getting:
Double Bar, Double Bar, Double Bar = $375. So I took it.
Then Gregg and his posse starts playing all those $25 machines that I play, and they start making a killing on them. They had all three lined up and got jackpots on all them.
1) $1875
2) $5000
3) $1250
And he probably only spent about $1000 on them. What a lucky guy. He attracts a big crowd!
On the other hand, I'm running a super bowl pool at work. Well I washed my pants today in the washing machine, and forgot I left a bunch of that pool money in my pocket. My dad opened the door, and he said there was money everywhere! LoL
I bought some new dress shirts on sale at Bon Ton. I like them.
I wish I could have played that one machine. I would have hit $80,000. I was right there watching him and ready to jump on it when he was done. =\
I really like going to the mall anymore and eating at Kelly's Cajun Grill. They have the best Bourbon Chicken. <3
