The day before...
So, today is the day before a big day.. I"m going to attempt yet again to stop smoking starting tomorrow... Here's what's different from before.. I"m ready..I really am ready to stop.. I hate that I am dependent on nicotine.. It bugs me.. I am buying the patches tonite.. Last time I used the patches, I had crazy dreams!! Carl and Mark at work are also going to quit with me.. We should all be good supports for eachother! I was looking online last night, and there are actually some good quit smoking tips out there.. I even did a little worksheet thing, and I just feel ready! So, wish me luck! PLUS.. The faster I stop smoking, the more money I will be able to save to go on the cruise! woo hoo!! That will totally be my reward I think! Not a bad one!! So, today was my day to smoke em while I got em..! I'll let you know in a couple days how it is going!
