Life is good!
A Short story,
We just got into Vegas to finalize some of the wedding details.We're staying at Planet Hollywood.
We got a good deal on a room though AAA and figured we'd get an average room. Mary suggested that when we check in, we ask for an upgrade to one of the newly remodeled rooms.
We get up to the check-in counter and the guy ask if this is our 1st time to Vegas. I tell him no (in a way that suggest that we come a lot)and Mary say that we normally stay at a Harrah's property, but the last time we came we liked the casino so much the we decided to stay at PH. Then he looks at my shirt (Lava Room Recording shirt)and says "let me see if I can get you a nicer room" at no extra charge. Apparently their shooting the TV show "Americas Got Talent" today and tomorrow.
To make a long story shorter, we are in a 2 bdrm suite on the 34th floor and its got all kinds of memorabilia from Rush Hour 2 and Xmen, regular price - $800.00 a night. I keep waiting for someone to come up and tell us theres been a mistake and we'll have to move to the laundry room or some place like that.
