Semi irregular sometimes posting...
Normally you would see a sign that says
"Move along, nothing to see here, move along"
But I feel the need to post soooooo.......
The wedding planning is moving along as I expected. Mary has "taken over", no bad description, she has "taken on" the responsibility of doing all the price comparisons. All this from the girl that said "ok, as long as all I have to do is show up the day of the wedding".
We have solved our problem of not being able to get married in Vegas.
The problem was our daughters, all 3 of them, said "if you get married in Vegas without us, you're in trouble". Solution, take them all with us. We were worried about how the bridal party would feel about doing the wedding in Vegas, but surprise surprise, they were as stoked as we were. Now for the logistics of collecting & moving 14+ people around Vegas. I am so glad Mary decided to get involved, she is the ultimate organizer. BTW if anyone was planning a trip to Vegas at that time, you are more than welcome to come to the wedding ceremony.
The reception will be the following week on Tuesday the 21st in Cleveland. I am collecting regular mail address's for the wedding/reception invites. If you feel we owe you a good time for having to have hung out with us and or endured our weirdness anytime over our 14yr relationship, please email me at john@clevelandweirdness.com with you mailing info and your in.
And now for something completely different.......
The company Mary & I have been working on is taking shape, finally. The equipment, contacts, talent and time are all coming together. For those that don't know, Mary is in her final year for her masters degree. She loves her classes, teachers and the grad assistance job.
My job has just been great lately. I am slowly moving my career direction towards video production. More project control and better $. The best of both worlds.
We're looking for a fun place to go and do some filming this weekend. Any thoughts?
And a thought for some of our friends (there are several couples this is for)
We are friends with both of you.
We want to remain friends with both of you.
That being said, there are no judgments or restrictions for or toward either "side".
We are there for ALL of you when you need us.We are friends.
