This quickie fic is based entirely on a snap that MGG posted on his Twitter account of the CM cast, less Joe and Kirsten and by extension Mandy and Lola. Hope I don't get in trouble for this, but I couldn't resist it.....it was just so THERE.

“Oh come on, Hotch, smile! It isn't gonna kill you”
“In my defense, I've had a rough year”
“With the jobs we have, it's always a rough year” Hotch nodded in agreement.
“Then you know what I'm talking about”
“Yes, but it still doesn't excuse you from taking this picture with us.”
“Where did JJ get to? She was just here.”
“She's talking to the lead detective. Look, here she comes.”
“Hey, you guys, are we still doing this? Morgan's on his way over.”
“Emily! Yes! If we can get everyone together for three minutes.”
“Reid, what are you doing?”
“I'm trying to figure out this camera!” Morgan joins the group.
“Reid, you're the genius here!” He exclaims. Reid cleared his throat.
“What's that supposed to mean Morgan?”
“It means 'figure out the camera already!'”
“We need Garcia to help me understand this thing” Shakes the camera.
“For real? You want me to call my preschool age son to explain it to you?” Reid sighs, glances at Hotch tiredly for that comment and rubs his forehead.
“No, No No. I think I have it now” Reid finally decrees. JJ looks around.
“Too bad Rossi isn't here for this” Emily said.
“Uh huh” Morgan says, obviously getting antsy, “Or Garcia”
“She can photoshop herself and Dave into it later.”
“Okay, lets do this!”
“You're smiling Hotch.” A statement. Practically a command.
“I'm smiling, Reid” Came the retort.
“Morgan, move over and let me by Reid.”
“What are you going to do to me, Emily? Seriously, no bunny ears allowed, you guys!”
“Never you mind what I'm doing, Reid.”
“TODAY YOU GUYS! The lead detective is coming back over and I just know he's gonna ask me a question!”
Hotch exhaled loudly.
“JJ is right. Now is good, people!”
“Okay....everybody say cheese!” Reid snaps the pic.
“Cheese? That is so cliché.”
They all look at the picture on the display. JJ and Emily giggle. Reid gasps.
“Wow Hotch....when you decide to smile, you really smile.”
Then.
“EMILY! What the hell are you doing to my ear?”
