Originally uploaded by melissa.and.critters After an exhaustive search, I found a set of split box springs for my bed. Got the frame put together, the split box springs on and heaved the mattress on. All. By. Myself. And it was heavy.

I turn around for a minute and get ready to push it into place and find this waiting on it.

He stayed there the whole time I moved it and looked at me as if to say "thank you for your service, human."
