Yes, it's so difficult to find book or Granada Holmes stories since RDJ and BBC Sherlock fans have taken over.
Jeremy Brett is my Sherlock Holmes. I see and hear him when I read.

I'm a rather voracious reader, so have exhausted many sites already and I just happened upon your stories.

I've found that since they added BBC to AO3, I can't use the site anymore... Everyone tags ACD when it's BBC.

I'm pretty sure I've exhausted all the Holmes stuff out there... :)

Everyone tags ACD when it's BBC. Argh, yes, this. It's not as if they dont already have the perfectly serviceable "Sherlock Holmes and Related Fandoms" tag if they want to catch all the Holmesian interest.

Also, IMO the link between the BBC version and ACD is a lot more tenuous than Sherlock's more uncritical fans would have us believe, but that's a whole other argument.

There are some stories not at A03 as too old. Do you know NLR Alicia's work?

They're not actually the same characters, that's for sure. I find that BBC Holmes is a bit meaner, and RDJ is totally floppy, but that's just me.

Sacrilege was the first place I ever read fanfic, and I think Alicia's on there. That being said, any suggestion of someone I mightn't have read is very welcome! I went through everyone who added themselves to holmesfest looking for stuff I haven't read...
