My Demented Family
My brother got married last weekend. Here I am with my Mom, Dad, brother, his wife, and Robert. I had had 3 vodka and citrus's at this point. Good times...
Oh yeah, I caught the bouquet (Mom pushed me, a good hard shove to the back) and Robert caught the garter. We then, at the prompt of some generic wedding DJ, had to do a strange garter-placing ritual to the 'Mission Impossible' theme song.
In other news:
I found 3 owl feathers on the full moon.
I had a dream about the 'spinners' being able to slow down time (the scientist telling me was astonished but insisted it was measured and recorded). The spinners were 3 native looking women busy with spinning, weaving and cutting. It looked like they were making a beaded dress or blanket. I felt like I could figure out what they were doing if I gave it effort.
I am on season 3 of Dark Shadows (if only soap operas were still like this!)
I get to play Syd era Pink Floyd, Kinks and pretty much anything rocking at my new job.
I am moving in a month and a half to I don't know, and I don't know how.
