Involves Selective Color layers
A total of eight steps

 To.

01. Crop your base to 100 x 100.
02. Duplicate your base and Sharpen it.
03. Duplicate you base again and drag it to the top. Set to Screen at 30%
04. Create a Selective Color layer and keep as Normal at 10% -

REDS: -100 +44 +49 -29
YELLOWS: -100 -32 +63 +0
CYANS: +100 +100 +100 -100
BLUES: +100 +92 +26 -73
WHITES: +60 +46 +51 -44
NEUTRALS: +7 -7 +5 +2

05. Create a Selective Color layer and keep as Normal at 35% -

REDS: -100 +87 +100 -38
YELLOWS: -14 -47 -100 +3
CYANS: +100 +49 +100 +0
WHITES: +100 -37 -31 -25
NEUTRALS: +13 +2 +0 +3

05. Create a Color Balance layer -

Midtones: +29 +11 +12
Shadows: +13 +8 -11
Highlights: -6 -10 -12

06. Create a Channel Mixer layer and set to Lighten at 40% -

Red: +108 +2 -16 +0
Green: +16 +80 +2 +0
Blue: +1 +9 +97 +0

07. Create a Selective Color layer -

REDS: -100 +25 +100 +0
YELLOWS: +100 +46 +100 +0
CYANS: -11 +0 +0 +0
WHITES: +33 -25 -15 -13
NEUTRALS: +9 +8 -1 +3

08. Create a new layer and fill with #211306. Set to Exclusion at 100% -
Go to - Image - Apply Image - Blending Option: Multiply

You're DONE!
