Using Adobe Photoshop CS3. 14 Steps.
Last two steps are included with the .PSD and are up to you to use or not.
This:
To:
Number one. Crop your base to 100 x 100.
Number two. Duplicate your base and set to Soft Light at 45%
Number three. Create a new layer and fill with e9b7b7 and set to Soft Light at 100%
Number four. Create a new layer and fill with f3eeb6 and set to Multiply at 76%
Number five. Create a Color Balance layer -
Midtones: -23 -17 +21
Number six. Create a Hue/Saturation layer and go to REDS - Saturation: +22
Number seven. Duplicate that Hue/Saturation layer and keep as normal at 100%
Number eight. Create a Selective Coloring layer -
REDS: -100 +12 -22 +0
YELLOWS: +100 +12 -36 +0
NEUTRALS: +31 -13 -8 +0
Number nine. Create a new layer and fill with 170c01 and set to Exclusion at 100%
Number ten. Create a new layer and fill with f6e3ce and set to Color Burn at 30%
Number eleven. Create a new layer and fill with 130501 and set to Exclusion at 100%
Number twelve. Create a new layer and fill with 78889e and set to Soft Light at 19%
Number thirteen. Create a Color Balance layer -
Midtones: -7 +1 +6
Shadows: +10 -8 -3
Highlights: +10 +9 +6
Number fourteen. Create a Curves layer -
RGB - Input: 106 Output: 135
Red - Input: 123 Output: 128
Green - Input: 171 Output: 179
Input: 128 Output: 124
Blue - Input: 171 Output: 173
Input: 129 Output: 128
Included step. At the end I sharpened the image and then adjusted it to like 30 to 40 to 50%
You don't have to do this step if you don't want too.
*Remember to change any settings that you need to change. If your results look a little bad at the end, go to the beginning and duplicate your base and set to Screen - beneath the Soft Light layer - and change the opercity if needed. Thank you very much!
