A coworker just approached me and told me that she has a friend who is trying to find parents for a young girl's unborn baby. The pregnant girl is 17 and is desperate to find a home for her baby. She doesn't want to use an adoption agency. I am shitting myself. Shittting. Apparently I have to have a home study done even though the adoption would be private? The woman who is facillitating all of this is introducing a few couples to this girl so that she doesn't feel pressured to agree to one couple. The other three couples are not infertile, but have agreed to meet with the girl. SHITTING. All I know is that she is 17 and 6 months pregnant. What if she doesn't like us? Oh my GOD I feel faint.
