Feeling lazy about counting all the macros, yet again. I've a good feel for a 40-40-20 ratio anyway... maybe I'll just keep this up. It definitely makes life easier.
I'll be trying to keep my calories a little above 1600, at least. Recalling what I did last year, I'm putting two weekly 5k's back into the works ^_^ I'll probably have to raise by calories further, but will take it slowly.
Meal 1: Pancakes with oatmeal, 3 eggwhites, 1/2 cup pumpkin and topped with 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
5 mile run on treadmill, 1% incline. 10m warmup. Started off at 5.2 mph for about 5 minutes, kept it at 5.3 most of the way. Brought it up to 5.5 for the last mile, cranked it up to 7 mph for the last minute @_@ 5m cooldown.
Meal 2: Smoothie with 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, stevia

My mother, aunt and cousin are coming over again for lunch ^_^ They'll be having tuna sandwiches and I'm having lean ground turkey, some brown rice and green beans. They're bringing some fresh fruit for dessert. Much better than brownies and cupcakes =X
