I've been reading some interhuman relationship forums, and reflecting on my experience with such.
It seems to me a lot of people in the world like to feel something, and then think "well that is how I am".
To me, it doesn't seem that is allowing yourself much room for change or growth.
I like to feel something, then think about why I feel it. Then think about other possible ways to feel about that topic/in that situation. Then think about what I would feel if I felt something different, or how I would need to feel to do such. Etc and so forth.
Basically, it seems I find it valuable to seperate what I feel from feeling I know something to be right.
But I only do that because I feel it, so I suppose now I must try feeling that is *right*, to try the opposing side, eh? ;)
Oh tee and hee, how I love rounding logical humor!
