Instead of mandarin pies, we made mini cheesecakes. I don't know recipe, though. I was the photographer.
My family/neighbors were the people responsible for most of this cooking. [again, I was just the photographer]
Homecooking is my favorite cooking. :) :)

The squishy stuff turned smooth after a lot of blending. [and some other ingredients]

We put something in it to make it stick. Than we pressed it into the pan. [remember to oil it!]
The mess we made. :(( And had to clean up.
We popped the crust into the oven for a while, so I'll take pictures of those later. Plus, the finished product. :D

Oh yea, don't try to make mini cheesecakes using my directions. [not that you would...] You'll probably be VERY confused.
