I can scream as loud as your last one, but I can't claim innocence...

Learning a new song on the violin, as of yesterday: Leather by Tori Amos.  Found some sheet music online, it's not hard to just play the vocal arrangement on the violin.  I'm enjoying it, muchly.  It only took me about an hour to get the first verse down.  I'm going to keep practicing that until I have it solid, then move on to the refrain.  I've realized that it's a lot more productive for me to practice something I enjoy listening to, than to just practice what's in my violin book.  When I get to Dallas, though, I need to find somewhere to take lessons, again.  I'm doing well, but it's nice to be reassured that I'm doing things the right way.  If I get into bad habits now, it'll be super hard to break them, later.

In other news, I'm losing weight again, which is a good thing.  I fit into a pair of size 13 jeans that I hadn't worn in about 2 years, the other day.  It made me happy.

Also, I have been messing around with this program called Skype, lately.  It's basically a messenger that focuses mainly on voice chat.  Wonderfully entertaining.  Spent about 10 hours or so talking with a bunch of people off of LTv, last night.  I don't think I've giggled that much in awhile.  It was nice. :)
