artichokes and pistachio
i like pistachios.. A lot...
so yesterday i interduced my roommates to artichokes! the had had dip and stuff but never the whole thing! so i made them and showed them how to eat it! *L* they said they felt like they were eating alien babies! They liked them, and had fun!
then today i made Pistachio pie! :) which turned out very well, i used the pistachio pudding and then found a can of mixed nuts, smashed um, and put them in it and on it! it was a hit! i am going to have to do it again :)
but it was foods i grew up with that they were like, what strange! so it was kind of fun! :)
