Things are going great!

Just because I haven't been on, doesn't mean I haven't been "on"!

I have been working out like a fiend... and eating very, very well! My legs are getting in better shape and don't hurt as much afer a long bike ride at the gym, or a brisk walk uphill. I am sure they will start burning on Saturday when we do line drills again! I feel so much better mentally though and that is the most important thing after all.

I went to a Stress Management for Women Seminar yesterday. I took away some things from it; however, I felt like it was a seminar for selling other products to a certain extent. It's hard to explain. It was too focused on women and how they stress about the little things, etc... Now, i know what you are thinking -- I know it was for women -- but I thought I could get something unisex out of it. I am not afraid to stand up for myself, I do not have low self esteem and I do not procrastinate --- which is what the facilitator was saying why women get stressed.... How about working 50 hours a week, going to school full time (2 classes in a grad program is considered full time), training for football (and then playing), as well as trying to have a life at home! Hmmmm ..... I dont think that has anything to do it - it must be my low self esteem... WHAT?!!!!  So, I left at the afternoon break, and went to the gym to relieve some stress!

This weekend we have nothing planned - well, except for the Patriots game for me. I am going with a friend from work. Should be a lot of fun!

Work is calming a little. I talked to my boss about certain things and I feel much better.... So, we'll see how long this lasts!
