New York Renaissance Faire - Photographs
Well this past weekend was the opening day of the New York Renaissance Festival in Tuxedo, NY. It was also the Time Travelers Picnic. Although I did not dress very steampunk for this event (I was more of the Arabian pirate, as my friends described the outfit) I still stopped by and said hello to everyone as well as posed for some photographs and took some myself.
Unfortunately I did not make it to the actual picnic and I believe I missed a large portion of the photoshoot. But here are my photographs.
Well for introduction purposes, my name is Amey, those that do not know it. My own outfit, once again I apologize it isn't exactly steampunk. Posing outside my building.
Upon arriving at the faire I met up with the group outside the festival. And we took a few photos! I absolutely adore Sam's costume (the girl in the top hat), she looked gorgeous.
And now just us girls.
Then, unfortunately, I had to wander off some and did not meet up with the others until much later. But I adore this photograph so I'm going to be an attention whore and post it anyway.
When I found the others the picnic had ended and everyone was wandering off. But I managed to chat up a bit and take some photographs regardless.
And why look, our adventurers are suddenly in the jungle!
Afterwards everyone wandered off to see the faire themselves. However we did meet up every now and then! This gentleman gave roses to me and my friend, which was incredibly sweet.
And here we all are at the fountain! One of the best photographs I believe.
And that is all! (Unfortunately most of the photographs taken at the fountain blurred horribly. The dSLR does not always work.)
