I answered the phone yesterday to an insurance case manager for my car. It was picked up yesterday by a towing company, arranged by us through the Porsche Dealership, to be dropped off at their service department for repairs. The agent on the phone said that she saw (I suppose she was looking at notations on her computer screen) where arrangements had been made to take it to a salvage yard. This about gave me a heart attack. I hope the only misunderstanding was with her notes, and not with the towing company's interpretation of where the car needed to be delivered.
I've decided to add the use of movie quotations for my subject lines. This one is from Morris Day in Purple Rain.
