ghost stories
last night i kept having dreams about ghosts. Not scary dreams mind you, just some intriguing ghost stories. I woke up at a decent hour but thought about how there wasn't anything for me to do awake, and if i keep sleeping - maybe more ghost stories.
so I kept sleeping, and I was right! This biggest one was a story of an aging orphanage-turn-hotel with a bunch of ghost children trapped by some otherworld force. the dream was spent trying to figure out what happened to them by listening to the sounds of the past through a toy boat... which I guess was haunted enough to hear various things that happened in their time if you held it to your ear.
