I usually go back and 'reflet on the year' and blabla, but I don't feel like it.
I'd like to think 2006 was a good year for me.
And I spent my new years eve exactly how I wanted to, with the people I wanted to be with.
Woo for getting home at 9am!
&Having a New Year's kiss.♥
1. What is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling them how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel?
Looking into their eyes while they're telling me how they feel.
2. Think of the last time you were REALLY angry. WHY were you angry? I felt like I was being pushed aside for someone else, someone that had done the same thing to the person that was now pushing me away.
3. You are on a flight from Honolulu to Chicago non-stop. There is a fire in the back of the plane. You have enough time to make ONE phone call. Who do you call? No one probably, unless I could think of something to say other than "I'm going to die, I love you."
4. You are at the doctor's office and he has just informed you that you have approximately one month to live. Do you tell anyone/everyone you are going to die? What do you do with your remaining days? Would you be afraid? I wouldn't tell anyone other than my parents, and that's only if they tried to restrict me while I was trying to accomplish things during my last days. What's there to be afraid of? It's no longer a surprise. I woulddd probably do all the little things and take my sweet time doing them. Watching the sun set and holding doors open for people. Just stuff.
5. You can have one of the following two things. Which do you choose? Why? Love or Trust.: Trust. I'd rather never feel love than never feel like I can trust someone.
6. You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late even once more, you are fired. Do you take the time to save the dogs life? Why or Why not? Pretty sure if it really happened I wouldn't have to think twice. If my boss is the type of person that wouldn't understand the necessity of being late on that specific day, they're not someone I'd want to work for anyway.
7. You are unfaithful to your spouse/significant other. Do you tell him/her? Why or Why not? Yeah. I have no idea why or what I'd say or what I'd expect, but I would.
8. Your best friend confesses that he/she has feelings for you more then just friendship. He/she is falling in love with you. What do you do/say? Depends I guess. Probably just try to do the cliche thing and let them down gently. But fast, to get it over with and move on to acting like normal so they know what they said didn't affect our friendship.
9. Think of the last person who you know that died. You have the chance to give them 1 hour of life back, but you have to give up one year of yours. Do you do it? Why or Why not? No. I wouldn't torture someone like that, giving them only 1hour.
10. Are you the kind of friend that you would want to have as a friend? Without knowing how I thought and therefore why I say the things I do? No, probably not.
11. Does love = sex? It shouldn't. The definition of love isn't an action or feeling that leads to the act of sex.
13. When was the last time you told someone HONESTLY how you felt regardless of how difficult it was for you to say? Who was it? What did you have to tell the person? Last night? Haha, I told Alex how much I liked him.
14. What would be (or what was) harder for you to tell a friend, whos a girl/guy, you love them or that you do not love them back? That I don't love them back. Over the long run I can get over myself and my feelings, but I'd probably never forgive myself for letting someone down like that.
15. Who do you think would be the hardest person for you to give up? Why would they be hard to lose? My dad. The way he views me is the way I wish I was. And the confidence he has in me is the confidence I wish I had for myself. Without him and without that, I don't know that I'd have anything to strive for in terms of who I want to be.
16. When was the last time you told someone you loved them? Who were they to you? The last time I talked to my dad.
18. Imagine; It is a dark night, you are alone, it is raining outside, you hear someone walking around outside your window. WHO do you wish was there with you? It depends. If it turned out to be a robber or something, I'd want my dad. If it turned out to be someone else I knew just messing around, Alexis.
19. Would you give a homeless person CPR if they were dying? Why or Why not? No, I don't know how to give CPR.
21. You are holding onto your grandmothers hand and the hand of a newborn that you do not know as they hang over the edge of a cliff. You have to let one go to save the other. Who do you let fall to their death? What was your reason for making the decision? I'd probably talk it over with my grandma and see how she felt. But ultimately, no matter what she said, I wouldn't deny a new life for one that's soon to end.
22. Are you old fashioned? I suppose in the Southern girl sense, where I like doors held open for me and my bags carried without having to ask.
23. When was the last time you were nice to someone and did NOT expect anything in return for it? I guess I do nice little gestures every day and don't expect anything.
24. Which would you choose, guarantee of a broken heart, or never loved at all? Why? Both end in me thinking I'm not worth someone else's love, so they both suck.
25. If you could do anything or wish anything, what would it be? To be content without simply waiting for the next bad thing to happen.
