Not dead!
So I've moved. About two weeks ago I moved into a little studio apartment downtown. It's the perfect size for me and Loki and I can walk to both jobs. Absolutely perfect.
That's the big change since my last update. I don't have internet at my apartment yet, so I use it at my mom's, Starbucks, or the library. The only problem with the last two is that I have to remember that I work in these locations, so I really can't be caught watching/reading anything inappropriate. I had a moment last night, sitting in the cafe a little while after my shift at Starbucks. I'm sitting in a corner, minding my own business, watching Misha Collins model a merkin on The Soup...
...and there's one of our creepy regulars RIGHT BEHIND ME. I nearly jumped out of my seat. And then three of them decide they need to sit right next to me and hang out. And by right next to, I mean I became a silent part of their circle. And they knew me as the morning barista. Awkward.
So now I'm sitting at my mom's, hanging out and using her internet. PORN AWAY.
Except it's 7:35 and I'm tired. So not so much porn. And Supernatural is a rerun tonight, so I won't be staying to watch it. Bummed about that, mainly because I'm waiting for episode 7.17. I dunno, the past few eps have seemed somewhat filler-y.
But yeah, I'm moved in and happy. Considering going back to school in the fall if I can get the money. I love my music history and composition degree and am very proud of it, but I knew from the start that it wouldn't get me the jobs. So I'm looking into certification programs in the area. So we'll see.
