im not denying heather doesnt have shitty shit going on in her life. while i dont know what that shit might be, i know it is irrational to say her life is perfect. while i wont go into details because it is not my place to be telling the whole world stephens problems involving family or anything else, he does have just as many issues which id say are equally challening that he as well keeps to himself. just because you see he's upset on LJ, you and HB assume its because of her dumping him, its a little narcissistic and egotistical, which ive known you two to be, and stephen has been having way worse shit to worry about than something that happened that long ago, which do involve family problems, some being quite similar to HB's that you just described, i find it ironic. my point is, rikki, you're in no position to judge stephens life as being not bad enough to complain about, as HB has just said so herself in her latest entry, one keeps that private of stuff to themselves.
no one is in any position to judge who has it worse off, HB or stephen, no one is in any position to say that ones pain hardly compares to the other, including both of them, and anyone thinking otherwise is just utterly stupid, no better way to put it.
also i think its way past stephen and HB being friends (this is just a personal observation) given the cirumstances, so implying stephen a bad friend would not be accurate.
and while we're being bluntly honest, rikki, i find it completely hypocritical that you lecture stephen about getting over a heart break and telling him hes stupid for wanting a high school relationship to last because they're not meant to, you yourself knows how he felt, and if you have the audacity to preach this to stephen, i think you should maybe think about what it means and think about how it applies to you and your recent....circumstanes, for reasons i hope are obvious.
id also like to take this brilliant time to add that at least stephen doesnt use his problems as an excuse to lie to and manipulate people and hurt people for no other reason than getting the attention, and maybe also for knowing how bad you can hurt someone and then doing so just to feel the power in action.
for the record, this is not a declaration of me being against you rikki, or you HB, i still plan on associating civily with both of you when i see you, i did not leave this comment to choose a side and then be pissed off and stop talking to people, i left it because its my opinion and since everyone else is doing such a wonderful job of "maturely stating their opinions" i did so.
